The Lucid team can help you contact hotels and airlines to cancel reservations you have. We are experts at negotiating cancelations despite the policy and have the resources to do it quickly & efficiently.

 

Risk Management Design

Over the past three years, our team has become experts at aiding, automating, and tracking risk management and policies. Things like price caps, minimum star ratings, and blacklisted hotels/vendors are just a switch that we can turn on or off. 

 

We have seen over 100 different university travel policies and know what works and what doesn’t. We can help you understand how to minimize leakage (meaning people booking outside of your preferred travel system) and design a risk management policy that lowers costs, decreases operational complexity, and (most importantly) keeps your travelers safe. 

 

Covid19 Training

The Lucid team has a very high-level understanding of how the virus works. We'd be happy to set up a meeting with your team and/or travelers to train them on how the Covid19 virus operates. Education on how the virus spreads, what it does in our bodies, and what demographics are most affected will help combat panic and lower risk of coming in contact with the virus.
