Buy-out Fee

This is optional but gives teams an easy way to not do Stay-to-Play and you'll still earn additional income. The recommended message to teams is:

The tournament registration cost is discounted with the intent of your team booking with our housing company, Lucid Travel. If you do not want to book with Lucid, you can pay the full registration fee for an additional $X.

Do you need to set up room blocks?

This means you want to block 12+ rooms. Please only request if you know that the rooms will be picked up.

How many tournaments/events do you host per year? And what's your biggest event?

Ex: 15 tournaments with 50+ teams at each one. Our biggest is 150 teams.

How many teams require hotels per event?

Ex: About 60 teams need hotels per event. Our biggest event has 100 teams that require hotels.

Are any of your events Stay-to-Play? If so, which events?

Stay-to-Play = Teams are required to book hotels through you to participate in the event/tournament.

How much do you want to earn per room night sold?

Note: Our suggested range is $3 to $15 per room night.
